So if Glencore paid 4 or 5 times there market cap, what would the share price?

It should be 4 or 5 times the share price today 20 to 25 cents US. It could more or less, very little selling or buying now. We need some good news soon before tax loss season.

Not sure where you came up with 4 or 5 times the market cap… The way I understood the Off-Take Agreement with Glencore was…The notes (including accrued but unpaid interest) can be converted at any time after 12 months into common shares of Macarthur at the Note holder’s option at a conversion price that reflects the greater of 80% of the average VWAP over 5 trading days immediately preceding the ...more

The market cap is only 17.26M (shares out standing times price per share). if someone paid 5 times the MC they could buy them out for only 86.3M that would dirt cheap. The shares are about .05 now times 5 would be only .25  What I was trying point out .17 per share is not bad in reply to the post. I have no ideal what the company is worth but the share price is  low with little selling ...more
