RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Technical jargonwaitingstill, the results will prove a Homestake pattern upto the ~650m of depth. In other words, what they are seeing during their phase 2 drill program is exactly what one would expect to see in a typical, say Ledge 9, Homestake deposit .
The Discovery hole (i.e. high grade over long widths) will likely come from the Centroid, further down-plunge, as happend is some of the previous Homestake discoveries. At this level, I am expecting to see good grades ~5g/t range, and we may even see patches of high grade intervals (over 8g/t) but over short widths (1-3m), which is within the boundry of results one may encounter for some of the typical Homestake ledges at this depth.
When the results are released, short of some knee-jerk reactions from some investors, I'm expecting an overall positive reaction because the case for a Homestake deposit is getting stronger with results to prove it. Deep pockets that have been dipping their toes into MMV will take notice.
The MMV team is releasing the results first before doing a PP. It's possible that they are anticipating the results will elevate the stock price to a reasonable level to do the next PP. At present time, they have over a million in cash.
