I do not know for sure if drilling may start or not; but, I would imagine MMV would have verified (although things are fluid and may change) before making a comment about restarting drilling asap in their last news release. I am also hearing drilling will start.
I know that South Dakota is one of the states with the least number of Covid-19 cases and the area MMV is drilling is very remote. Also the government there is very pro-business and mining.
