The huge amounts of money pouring into MMV's neighbor DTRC with significant players involved will have SPILL-over effects on MMV. That's just a fact of life in the junior exploration world as past experience shows. We are all tired and grasping at straws here, but the reality is that the deal will get done very soon given what has happened with DTRC.
DTRC'S stock price appears strong and has weathered the recent sector dip nicely, which leads me to believe MMV has significant catching up to do in its stock price once the money is raised - we need $5 million to make a discovery.
Some Geos familiar with Homestake geology have pointed out that MMV was literally 50m away from making a discovery in their last drill hole, but didn't have the funds to continue drilling.
