5mm cash and royalties worth 52-56mm with gold at 1200.  Gold is higher so let's call fair value $60mm.   80mm shares out, that makes nav around $0.75 a share.

Thats a fair guess as to where we open.   Fnv trades at about 3x nav but they are the best in the business.   Sandstorm did a deal a few weeks ago that was roughly 2x nav and 25x cash flow.  Assuming we can get close to that, we should trade $1.20-$1.50 in relatively short order.

We we are looking at 6mm usd in cash flow by 2018 or so.   That is just a guess.  25x multiple on that is a 150mm usd valuation.  That takes us to 200 cad or about $2.50 a share.

Basically be a buyer around 0.75 and a seller around 2.50.
