Market cap is $104mm
Royalties are worth $35mm
Revenue from most recent Q is negligible.  For the last year, revenue was $768k, so lets round that up to $1mm.
Trading at 2.97x NAV or 104x revenue. 

One of these seems to me to be a lot cheaper than the others...
