If history is any indication it will mean that the directors get richer, and/or their friends get finders fees or some other sweet deals. They will find a way to piss away the funds on "future prospects" of something or other officially. Don't hold your breath waiting for any of this theoretical income reaching the investors. That will never happen. You will not ever, ever see a dividend as long as this management team has the reins. They will never sell the company since that would kill their personal golden goose.
