RE:RE:RE:Monument Announces RSU Grants

RE:RE:RE:Monument Announces RSU Grants The RSU granting of shares should not come as a surprise.
This scheme was set up a few years ago. You can trace it back by reading through the RNS's.

Would you prefer a company with no incentives for management that would therefore not align them with shareholders?
It is well known that incentives are excellent tools for generating success.

A challenge for Romara and anyone else that cannot bear to mention the positives.

Why not start all your posts with this disclaimer. In the pursuit of accuracy.
"despite Monument Mining quadrupling in share price over a one-year period and still being massively undervalued on all standard valuation metrics, I am far from happy for the following reasons".

By the way I think the management deserve their incentives at this time. If shareholders benefit it is only fair that our leaders benefit as well.
The amount of remuneration was also very reasonable if compared to industry standards IMO.

 GLA Sharegar.
