Malaco Take over at most 59 Days AwayActions are coming soon.
In the past Graham had voting control over Goldmet`s 56 million shares.
It appears to be part of the deal when Golmet purchased the shares.
With only 70 million shares being voted typically at AGM, this provided Baldock`s grouping control over Monument Mining.
Now fast forward to 2021, Goldmet is no longer in the picture and Malaco purchased most of those shares for $.50 a share, in effect taking control away from Graham/Baldock.
Dato, using Monument`s mining funds he secured in the sale of Mengapur, has now taken over control of Monument Mining and still has enough to take it over.
I anticipate the next move will be a take-over offer from Malaco in the amount $.30 as even at this price, It does not represent book value or take into consideration the break apart value of Monument Mining.
I continue to buy shares and recognize that we must be diligent in our reviews of Canadian Securities legislation to ensure we get fair treatment.
As a group, if we file individual complaints to the regulators, they have no option but to react.
We have done it in the past and it worked.
Over the next few weeks, I will be reviewing security regulations, line by line to outline items that are wrong.
Presently the lack of news in this environment is a concern.
As we move forward, you might want to contact Monument Mining and ask them what is going on with the lack of any updates.
