Yes and market depth shows no walls. Its just we have a management team to whom stock promotion is a stranger in their paradise. I dont  ever see or remember Monument do a road show. The reason is obvious. No one would attend. So, at the end of January, we terminate our incumbency pass. And that includes the chief Geologist too, as I am not impressed with the fact that we had to hire
