What if our saviour offers 12 cents . And has the best wishes of all these behind the scenes people we know nothing about .     This also demonstrates once again how the media is

Forgot to add . Nobody here thought it a little odd the Kirkland Lake shareholders .(  KL arguably one of the best and the lowest cost miners out there ) were offered 9% less per share than the going price ? Not one comment ?  That tells me alot about the tenor of this board . Why would we do any better ?

It depends on the fair value. Kirkland was over valued in my opinion. So, fair value comes into the exchange price. But note that  FN share price was brought down too. And of course, it must be voted upon..

Unlike us they have news releases . In the last few days 10.5 million ozs. indicated added at Detour . More wide high grade added at Fosterville . I would say shareholders voted today by selling . Management on both sides want the deal .

Richard, imo, Sprott is running a type of ponzi scheme. He needed money to cover something else. I just don't think he has the money to back up what he supposedly owns. I think some stakes are backing up multiple claims. Now he is buying uranium? My guess is if you did an audit some stocks would be collateral for multiple loans. Just my guess, but I have little to no respect for the guy.

I read a 1% premium to past ten days trading. How bad were other offers I wonder? T

Hi Tony , depends where you look I guess . People obviously knew a few days before judging by the jump in the share price . From there it dropped the next day 14% .  The release I saw says that management have been on / off again in talks for 2 years . However it went I am wondering if we can honestly expect a 5 bagger plus new shares .
