Standstill agreement

Where is the confirmatory evidence or link to this assertion that Dato's block share acquisition in 2020 came with a standstill agreement .

It was stated that those shares were apparently collateral for a loan that defaulted.
Those shares were not issued by the Company so how could the Company insist on a standstill agreement .

So, what is the source of this information?

As far as I can deduce, Malaco loaned Goldmet $15 million so that Goldmet could participate in the PP financing in 2013. That came with a standstill agreement such that Goldmet had to vote for the Management on the Mengapher deal. This is the worst side of standstill agreements , as it appears to be an out and out vote buying by Malaco/ Management  to approve the disastrous Mengapher deal ...more

First, the block of shares to DATO happened in, Filed 2020-02-06 18:31 The information about DATO, comes from the same source as your info ...... THe Trash Can. You guys just believe what you want ot receive. The only facts you can believe is in. or on company documents ......   Richard

Wrong. Sedi reports the exchange took place January 31 2020. No standstill agreement in place

One item is certain. Dato Sia sold Megamess and made a lot of money. Dato Sia negotiated the deal. Dato Sia knows exactly what has occurred in the past. Dato Sia owns 55 million shares. Dato Sia can vote his shares in whatever fashion he wants, especially when he knows most shareholders supports him and do not want Graham or Cathy to remain. I can only wrap up this Dato , AGM business with this . Careful what you wish for !  I have nothing else to say about it , but    Ross Healy is a very successful fund manager who founded Strategic Asset Management . He has appeared regularly on BNN since their very first broadcast .  He also says "  stay away from companies that are buying back shares . A total waste ...more
