Synopsis of the AGM Vote

Management stated that they had more then 90% of the shares voted for management, in which managements total shares are  63,320,700. This 63,320,700 is only about 20% of the existing stock float

That means the shareholders that voted against management less then 10%, which is 6,320,700 shares.

It looks like the 10 percenters are the following on the Stockhouse Board.

With our (dissident shareholders) 10%, it doesnt look like we can ever control what management wants.

Total float for MMY is roughly 330,000,000, total shares voted are about 70,000,000, which leaves about 260,000,000 shares that were not voted. I wonder who these people are .... maybe they have given up on this stock, and written off their shares.

When management refuses to provide the voting results from an AGM, you will never get to know how active the shareholders are, almost like blind investing.... everything looks fantastic, until you get involved ..... then you find out.

Wayne..... at my age.... the pencil is never sharp. A couple of years ago, the directors were each getting paid between 60K and 90K. I wrote a letter to Cathy, showing what Directors of comparable companies were getting paid. She changed that within weeks. Right now, our directors are getting lower financial compensation, but they are getting RSU's, which are all underwater at this time ...more
