Weird trading

I was on IHub looking at trades and saw an oddity. From 10:22 till after 12 there was a 500 buy at .19 every three minutes. Maybe 50 or so trades of 500 and every three minutes within a few seconds. There were some bigger buys and one sell in this time frame. I've seen it before elsewhere but still don't know what it means. What is significance of three minute timeframe? At least we have buyers. Any thoughts?

Richard, do you know reasoning behind it versus just putting an order in and waiting to fill? Thanks. T

TS... Probably the brokers office has a policy that having a big order to buy.... they want to stabalize the buying price through small orders ..... and on the selling side they try to do the same without causing a selloff.... They have all kinds of games... remember they don't pay brokerage fees if they are working for the house.... Years ago, they had a procedure called "washing" ...more
