RE:RE:Monarch gets a Buyout..We are nextOil, my theory on the buyout would include the pros and cons. First, this is an uunderachiever because of apparently poor management and board oversight. So a huge premium is out of the question in my mind. We can't get regular investors to buy the stock, why would a company overpay. Second, if we did in fact scare management with our votes, they will be happy to try and sell at any price they can get. This is where we can vote no but risk the buyer walking away. On the other hand, maybe what nozz says is correct, we are worth more and a bidding war will pop up. In either case, I would think that the buyer would be getting a small 5-10% foot in the door position. The more they can accumulate down here, the more saved or that can be use daily to bid a little higher. So until I see some volume come into this stock, I am on the fence about them getting bought. I am intrigued that they won't release the vote count. I've never seen that before. Does point to the fact we scared them. So they may want to cash in and run before we actually do get control and find the skeletons in the closet. Then they become liable and lose all their stock, options and warrants. Jail sentences could follow if egregious enough crimes were committed. So I wait on volume. Glta
