FFS, these were Sulphide ores requiring expensive conversion to oxides but glossed over.
All low grade halo ore with low recoveries .
Did not know exactly what they were buying.
Rights placed in possession of Brother inLaw who had to be sued to recover costing us millions despite winning the legal case.....how could this be

Check SEC record in such cases of gas lighting and deceptive statements based on either outright lies or a titanic level of due diligence.

Is this why they keep recycling the same BOD ..again based on deceptive statements, omission of critical DQ evidence and if admitted, going ahead and ignoring exchange requirements .

If I can add, Megamess was purchased from Dato Sia. Therafter he secured an additional 25 million shares and our founder (the Megamess man retired) He sees something valuable in this corporation and he will fix this. Selling is not wise at this time, as much should unfold at or prior to our AGM. Tremendopus  potential once the current COB and CEO are gone.

Wayne, while I understand your point of view, there are two ways of looking at this. I would rather have as a new shareholder, one who sees the massive undervaluation , recognizes that the  reason lies with entrenched and incompetent management and believes that if the problem can be resolved the upside will be quite substantial...ie we get another activist shareholder. It's important to all of us, to help secure a new Chairman and CEO. I'm certain that Dato Sia and Jean Edgar realize a better way forward is with new quality executive. Here is the presumptives about Dato acquiring 30 million shares in 2021. He loaned De Bonnavile $15 million to buy 30 m shares at $0.50 in 2012. This was during the  steroidal hype of Mengapher by the megalomaniac  as sufficient to place Malaysia on an exponential growth curve. So stunned of course that he and his dumb BOD did not realize that they were being sold  a sow's
