A question I put to the company

A question I put to the companyI asked the company for two things...the number of shares fully diluted and the insiders position.
This is what I got from Nathan Rotstein.
Understanding the dynamics of what is going on and having not seen any insider selling hit the wire you can only guess that those shares are locked down pending the end of the program underway and the results from that program. That leaves the retail sector to play with between 90 million shares and 100 million shares. That's not a lot of shares in todays world.....Just to highlight that 35 years ago a P/E ratio was 10 for a well run company .......today that P/E ratio is 12-14 nd it seems  30-40 is still acceptable...Tesla runs a 59 P/E....

His reply

120mm fully diluted.
Depends on your definition of insiders.   20 to 30mm.
Final numbers next week including recently concluded private placement.
