Lets crunch some numbers...

Lets crunch some numbers...Share capital has doubled to about 90 million fd. Market cap is now about 22 million. If we give BBS a generous pe multiple of 10, they will need to have a net income of over 2 million to justify the current share price. I don't know what kind of profit margin they would have but I would say that this would translate to probably 10 million in sales in order to cover overhead and mining costs. It seems to me that they will need some big orders to achieve this. AT $70 per ton we're talking about 150,000 tons. Their forecast for 2008 is only about 50k tons. Conclusion: overvalued
