RE: Re: what nextHere's my two cents on the timing issue. Completing DD and documentation of the deal ought not to cause significant delay. Imery's has been involved in the testing to some extent and its likely a safe assumption that much of the information it would require to fashion an offer is already available. It's also possible that additional information has been made available pursuant to a non-dislcosure/confidentiality agreements. Given the history, it also likely safe to assume that much leg work would have preceeded the rumored meeting. By this, I mean that if a buyouy has been a matter of discussion between the parties for some time, it is likely that they would meet with a draft agreement from which to work. It does not strike me in this situation that the parties will be sitting down at the table and starting from square one. If thats the case, any ongoing delay will be about the money...not the mechanics of getting the deal done. Will be interesting to see what happens. Regards
