RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: A Heart of Goldteck currently has 8-10 superbees perday hauling concentrate approximatly 4 hours to docksde.if moa had its own mill a nd used the same route they would pass within 20km of tecks mill so the ore has to be shipped period. 20 million dollars could pay for a coupla nice crushers plus airtracks, big frontend loaders and rocktrucks.. the only question i have to ask is about the rock, is it arsenic prone? alot of gold rock is which leads me to the big questions of environmental concerns. the dam on victoria lake just 2 km east of leprechaun pond is actually the headwaters of the famous exploits river where up till aug 31 approx 46000 atlantic salmon had passed the counter at bishops falls,( see SPAWN FOR DETAILS).. the other end of victoria spills at st albans on the south coast(biggest power plant on the island) and isalso home to the biggest aquaculture farms in nfld for rainbow and char. this project is at the epicenter of a huge water body (man made) and any spills or leacching of chemicals could be very serious to fish pops. other than that this project looks real doable . long lake which is just west of valentine also spills into victoria river hence the exploits river. salmon actually spawn about 8-10 km below victoria dam . i r4ealy hope this goes ahead into production.
