Something's gotta give

Good or Bad we should get news soon. I have no idea what the next few weeks are going to bring, but here are some observations I have made.

Record Date of Voting and AGM's for MOZ: May 11 (tomorrow) and June 12 and for MOA: May 1 and June 8.

Three rigs running, data analysis, geophysical consulting and payroll mean that MOA will run out of money by June 30 if not sooner.

I believe that a public company must send written notice of the AGM and any special resolutions 3 weeks before the AGM. June 18 or next Friday for MOA. You can move the AGM meeting or hold a special meeting  separate from the AGM, but MOA does not have the time or money for these options. News released next week would be after the record date for MOZ and before the written notice deadline for MOA.

Equity financing does not happen overnight and soon it will be too late for this option.

A joint venture or sale of Little River could provide some financing, but not enough for the rest of the year.

Some joker has been placing a bid of 300,000 shares at 22 cents. No big holder has panicked and taken the bid. Sellers of MOA and MOZ shares appear to be holding firm, on the other hand there are no motivated buyers.

By my calculations there are now about 50 drill cores that have results pending.

I could be wrong, but I just don't see how this deafening silence can continue. WW

If there is to be a merger or a buyout of VL by MOZ what is a fair estimate of the share value to MOA? I do realize that there is much more factual information held by MOZ than has been released to us.

If MOZ and MOA merge I assume the deal would be somewhere between 1 MOZ share issued for 1.8 MOA shares (the ratio of fully diluted stock) and 1 MOZ share issued for 2.7 MOA shares (the ratio of the stock price). A merger seems logical to me, but that is just my opinion. I am expecting news on financing and/or drill results next week or at the very latest, the week after. WW

Thanks for the relpy  I was thinking 2 to 1 would make some sense to MOA shareholders given this very disappointing spot we are in.
