Calling on Cup

Calling on CupSo, Cup, at prent price of 600 per ton we would see a 1.20 per share annual div at 80% payout of FCF?  Or were you desribing a 50 percent drop in spot coal price to $300 per ton which would still then yeild a $1.20 per share annual divi?  Thanks in advance!
