For the last three years I can not find any payments for Zypitimag that were due under the terms and there is no disclosure of breach of terms in the FS.   Can anyone find where these payments were made or a mention of changes of terms of the acquisition of the US rights to this drug?

No debt is a good thing.  However,  No long term profitabiltiy and Management keeps stepping in it (CEO bought a 10 Million Dollar chunk of a company that became worthless the same year) Aggrastat out of patent and margin pressure and competitors will hurt over time Zypitamag sales growth is fairly anemic for what they paid Marley Drug is so far away from its sales when they bought it
