So what is material has two definitions, doesn't it?

What is material under the definitions used by the stock exchange and the securities commission and what is material to shareholders.

I figure that application for an OTC listing is material.  So are plans for a share buy back.  And I believe that much larger entities such as EnCana as well as Belletrix (who bought the Willesden Green asset from MQL) were quite vocal about recruiting a joint venture partner for exploiting opportunities that they could not themselves fund.  Thats material to anyone who has stock and may be looking at either adding or subtracting from their holdings.

This is another illustration of this management crew having little regard for their shareholders, choosing to just tell anyone who asks, not making their plans generally known.

Sad. . .
