"A POISON PILL!" I heard a rumor that ELN is preparing or contemplating the preparation of a poison pill to protectect itself from a cheap buyout. If it turns out just to be a rumor only, then it is definately a way for us shareholders to ensure that we do not get robbed of a fair share price for our investment in this multi billion dollar open pit discovery. Definately due for an unscheduled meeting to prepare a poison pill if turns out to be just a rumor. With a low number of outstanding shares, zinc, lead, gold, silver etc on the rise, and a stock trading in the .06 - .07 cent range, might I suggest that any intermediate or senior mining CEO who might read about us on his coffee break would break the sound bearier getting the message back to his directors.
