"FACTS & INTERESTING TO NOTE"

Canadian Insider Trading reported that Pacific North West CapitaL Corp, on the 31st of Dec 2012 purchased 2,866,667 common shares of El Nino at .09 cents and 1,433.334 warrants of El Nino at .15 cents.  {posted yesterday 03 Jan 2013}

Pacific North West's Web Site shows Mr. Harry Barr as the Chaiman, CEO & a  Director.  Additionaly, Mr. Harry Barr is also listed as Chairman, CEO & a Director of El Nino.

Conclusion:  Is it therefore not logical to think that this El Nino Ventures just might be worth a bit more that .07 cents, at least based on insider trading alone?    Also, El Nino with a low number of outstanding shares and a 50% ownership of a 3.5 Billion Dollar open pit mine still being explored, should be worth many double digits of its current trading price in my opinion.

Finally, Mr. Harry Barr is shown as haveing indirect ownership of 42,572 common shares purchased between 19 & 20 Nov, 2012 all listed on the latest 10 SEDI filings
