What Will July 2013 Bring For ELN?

What Will July 2013 Bring For ELN?Arbitration on the Kasala property begins tomorrow 02 Jul 13.  No changes yet that I am aware of.  With all the evidence in favor of ELN to date, I trust that any abritator should be able to wrap this hearing up in a day or two.  That said, if it takes the whole six days to cross all the T's and dot all the I's to finally confirm ELN's rightfull owership of this property then the wait will have been well worth it.
  • Regarding the Murray Brook Deposit and the cost of transporting any ore to the Concentrator at the Brunswick Mine site:
  • Construction of 50km haulage road or rail line from Murray Brook to Brunswick Mill would certainly be well under 261 milliom dollars that the PEA report estimated would be the cost for stand-alone startup costs at Murray brook.
  • A rail line runs about 1.25  million dollars peer mile (39 million dollars)
  • Recoverable metal values (all Zn,Cu,Pb,Ag) worth approximately $100.00 a ton at current prices. A 100 tonne truck = approximatey $10,000.00 worth of metal on each trip from the orebody to the concentrator.  Therefore, trucking would cost approximately $5.00 a tonne leaving about $9500.00 value beyond transport cost in each truck load.
  • Rail would be less costly
  • Regarding infrastructure: centrally located Brunswick mill reduces costs. Existing mill has paved road access, electrical servicing, rail siding, tailing pond, water treatment plant etc all in place now.
  • Ore from four deposits, Halfmile, Stratmat,Murray Brook, Caribou would fee the Brunswick mill.  Together the could potentially get the throughput rate up to 9000 or 10,000 tonnes per day.
  • Combined production from all four mines and possibly other smaller open pit mineable deposits such as Nepisiquit A would total more that 30 million tonnes and guarantee an extended mill life in excess of ten years with daily throughput averaging close to 10,000 tonnes, its capacity!

There's lots more to add to the what this ore body has to offer, my guess is that at the current ridiculous share price we're going to wake up sometime soon to a take over offer.

Both Murray Brook and Kasala could, again, make this a couple dollar stock where it once trade before the DRC litigation and the Murray Brook discovery.

Does one need any more information to understand that the market hasn't heard of ELN yet?

Do your own DD.  I've done mine.  EOM
