NI-43-101F Technical Report No 270BRoss1960 seems to really get off on dumping on ELN.  What he doesn't mention is that ELN's partner Votorantim Metals Canada (VMC), released  a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) of the Murray Brook Project in New Brunswick om the 19th of Jul 2013.
