RE:News on Aug 26th Court Sept 12th
Hi Rinny1............ Yes and just as important, the company's annual meeting has been changed from 18 Sep to 25 Sep 13.  It's worth noting that the last arbitration was set for 6 days.  The point I make is that if this hearing takes six days, it would run into the annual mtg.  Also it's my understanding that if the other party does show, then the arbitrator could review the evidence and make a decision in the absence of the "no show" party.   It would be nice to have a decision for the annual mtg.  One might want to review "no shows" for arbitration hearings to review what actions are possible to take for "no shows" of either party.
