BRoss...........The arbitration hearing, the cross examination and questions should have ended yesterday. Any allegations, if factual, would have been raised and discussed at the hearing. Everything that BRoss has been eluding to should have been disclosed at the hearing. That said,it is expected that the arbitrator should hand down his ruling sometime in October. I'll await the results of the arbitration where any and all material evidence should have been produced. My understanding is that the ruling should be binding.
