RE: RE: private placement needs to close I was also informed that there was a string of news releases ready to go including the reserve report which should at least double the reserves however the private placement to the insiders must close first. They can't has a private placement for .20 cents to insiders and have the stock trading in the .40 cent range. They have to close the private placement first and then the news release parade starts.
So anyone hear calling the company should be asking when the PP will close.
