Red Flag I noticed the company had over $1million related party transactions with over $1mil still due for 2012, they had over $3mil related pty txn in 2011. That is unbelievably high for such a small co, everyones getting paid!!!
This is a classic red flag for corporate governance and fits perfectly with what the market has been telling us.
