Today could be a tough day for them to try and hold this Tiger from running ahead of the NR?

They are obviously giving the suitor a first look at the report so that thay can come up with a bid price. We may get a combination of both the reserves estimates and the bid price at once when this NR is out. The management must have some confidence that those suitors are serious for them to give them a first look. Good things ahead here guys!

No, it would not be illegal Dhpar, as long as neither party is engaged in the market as it happens. They have already informed the market that there are suitors who are doing DD to evaluate Miras value and that reserves are being evaluated, they also have a third party dealing with the suitors. I have not seen any insider buying for a while. This could also explain the timing of the options ...more

We clearly have paranoid people on this board! Just for your information, The management of this company are owners and employee at once. To avoid conflict of interest, they are made to declare when they act as owners (insider trading) when they act as employee, it is business as usual (business decisions without trading  and that why they get paid at the end of the month and you don' ...more

IR told me some time ago that interested parties were spending a lot of their own money to  analyze TSB # 1 logs independent of the million dollar report being prepared for Mira,now lets get this report out, its been almost 5 months since the early December logs were released. ===================== Said logs + publicly available historical Shell data for the field. might indeed after close ...more

As blind as they come my Bat, your profession of forte makes me worder who you ever represented. So the report goes to management first or first capital. Is first capital not a third part in this as well? If they are and what you say is correct, why give them the report before releasing it to public? How is that different from the other third party that is interested in Mira? They only reason ...more
