ok i am going to answer my own question...I get .65 ~ 0.70 @ $5/stb buyout or .26 ~ 0.28 @ $2/stb buyout at current SP at .24, the market is supporting $2 then $5/stb apparently So the ultimate variable would be $$/stb at buyout?

Let's just produce the oil ourselves and be done with it. We have all been looking for a quick profit and that is our downfall. Get rich quick never works! Let's stay the course and produce because only good things will happen on the way. I say pluck everyone else!!!

Yep, let's do what MMT did. They almost sold at .14, look at them now, producing oil, making money hand over fist, and paying nice divys.

also, from More in MRP's favour is that TSB has higher netbacks as a marginal field, and there is high demand for the marginal fields, confirmed that MRP is rated as first to production

Gee, you think they would include the 51-101 in the data room, or just include some SH chat, lol? All the confidentiality agreements in the world are worth sweet nothing, so that is a meaningless stat since there will probably be dozens of companies in the data room.

Blindbat. No, they don't have to make an offer until they go somewhere over 50%, if at all. I had CTO years ago and someone got 51%, INCLUDING THE NO GOOD PRESIDENT'S PRIVATE DEAL WITH THEM. sTOCK SANK LIKE A ROCK AFTERWARDS BECAUSE THEY NEVER TOOK UP ANY MORE, WHICH IS IRRELEVANT HERE BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS 51% OF THIS. tHEY WOULD TAKE THE WHOLE THING. Sorry about the caps on by mistake.
