Why

I keep asking myself, why would the fund that is holding us up continue to insist that the $3 million is coming unless it is coming? The head of the fund could have backed out a long time ago and preserved his re*****tion. This guy is supposedly a lawyer. His credibility goes up in flames if he doesn't follow through with his promise. News gets out and a lot of p i s  sed off people will make sure of that.

I just don't see the logic in maintaining the funds are coming if they are not.
