Insiders...
Having followed this company for years I noticed one thing that feels different to me, I am not sure what everyone's opinion is. I noticed insiders have been buying stocks in V.ALN at low prices, and none of them have bought Mira at such depressed prices. Kinda blows my mind, does this mean they know something or cutting their losses? Also, Bejeezus I like the positive and logical outcome you express, however this has been the longest 6 months with this company and no NR.

This is very easy to explain one the insiders would be buying into the financing two if they are in negotiations for a more creative JV or a buyout they would be in a blackout my guess is when they have are ready they will announce some form of financing then a buyout

The closeness of Mart to Mira and the mart stock behaving the way it has and nobody talking about an aquisition is all very suspect imo and a easy connection to all that has happened here

You will know by year end what Mart went after and it wont be Mira. Wade only wants a producing property. You can go threw Chevron listed for sale and narrow it down. If Wade goes for OML 52,53 or 55 we will know in October since a 15% down payment needs to be made.

I just want reiterate a buyout IMO is the worst thing that could happen here ..... Offshore oil is the safest oil there is so I would think 22 million barrels offshore is very enticing to a few players in the region ....... So who knows we might get a free ride that would be a nice rabbit

Well if isn`t positive confirmation nothing is Despite the sales of smaller onshore assets, oil majors like Shell, Exxon Mobil and Chevron remain keen on expanding offshore Nigeria and want to keep hold of the biggest fields onshore, major pipelines and export terminals.

Think they have been in a blackout for over 6 months, majority of stock price was well below the Avg. Insider beforehand. Skeptical at best, however mgmt in the past usually delivered on their word within weeks maybe a month. Best of luck, but holy ***** is the gf upset with this investment.

Pissed, yeah a little. Selling, no. 22mmbo 2C is the only reason i am still here and that hasn't gone anywhere. Frustrating for the longs and a long way back to my 6.8c ave. But, I still think more reasons to hold than sell, indeed 22 million of them. GLTA.
