Only thing you told me was Mart was buying Mira. I can officially up my 98% to 100%  it wont happen. October is here and still no news from Mira.  No new manangement  No funds No for sale  Are they even going to leave enough time to get a deal done before they lose the property? BTW Getting MART at these prices is a gift that doesn't come around often.IMO

Mart Will go lower IMO Mira Will go higher IMO How can you say 100% of anything when the anything hasn`t happened..lol When Mira gets bought or Financed by another entity then you can say with 100% certainty..... until then your 100
