Well Well Well what have we here....
This week there is a big conference in Houston with all the Nigerian companies and government officials in town. I am sure mart will be there too. _______________________________________________________________________

It's my understanding that one of the marginal fields is in shallow water that Mart is believed to be interested in.... So yes it's offshore but not deep ... Anyhow, it doesn't hurt to gather information related to this type of drilling.
