1- you say something as silly as the foreign gov cannot come up with the $400 million

Now the company stated the first order(s) would be this Q and 23 days in that indicates something

So what is it you are trolling or a moron who did not read a single press release in regards to the $400 million distribution deal over 5 years with quotas for each year?
