Most important thing I took out of it is your last 2 lines....
First Line - $350,000 per month to be profitable.... Let's call that "Breakeven"
Last Line - $1 to $1.5 Million per month is anticipated.
Hell... lets say burn rate is $500k for purposes of my calculations. So based on last line projections of $1.0 - $1.5 Million per month, Lets call this $0.5 - $1.0 Million NET Revenue per month.
X 12 Months is $6 - $12 Million NET.
Lets average this and say they can achieve $8 Million Profitable for 2018.
MRS Website shows 154,207,130 Million Shares Fully Diluted.
That number works out to $0.052 EPS
Being Conservative at 15X Multiple.... $0.78 per share by end of 2018
Being Average at 20X Multiple.... $1.04 per share by end of 2018
Being More Aggressive at 25X Multiple.... $1.30 per share by end of 2018
Wait!
Now lets add a $50 Million PO where Revenue would have to be $4.167 Million per month. And lets just say this only doubles Net Revenue to $16 Million in 2018.
Multiply it all by 2...
$1.56 per share at 15X
$2.08 per share at 20X
$2.60 per share at 25X
Anyone want to sell now???
What is the key to this happening???? A strong Management Team who will DELIVER!
