if it doesn't get done in the first quarter i don't honestly think it will happen.

I am a longs long on MRS but I will say that I agree with that first sentence of SS
post. Infact I believe if its not done heading into end of January 2018?

Some impass imo has occurred & Its not going to get done.

For my own understanding of the situation that's the drop
dead datefor me... and others like Sicilian can back me up
on that as being communicated to them off thread.

That's just the conclusion I am making/assessment knowing
the company as indepth as I have over the last 1.5yrs and its history
and family history operating a business in international domains.

The deals can fall apart...inparticular with foreign goverrnment bodies
in far away lands...which is why the companys distributor partner
plays an integral role in navigating those waters after MRS
delivers on product....cuz they take over after that.

However...I remain a bull that the company can still and will
still close on the PO in the early part of 2018.

And anyone without exposure or trying to market time this thing
unlike in the past when the news flow was much more predictable?

Is kidding themselves. Your gonna have to be in MRS to win.
PERIOD.

Nothing has changed in the outlook. Still ultrra bullish.

Cept what we all
figured for the most part was occuring. The PO pushed
out to early 2018 of the massive utterly massive $400Million USD
foreign military order over 5yrs and the dist agreement thereof.

Full Stop.

The time frame is quite a bit. I can understand that this is a big order and clients would like to feel fully satisfied with what they are paying for. I would have thought maybe some samples or something of the flexarmour 9 etc would have been sent out for evaluation as that would seem sensible. Then allow the client to rigourously test it to feel comfortable that it lives up to their standard in terms of quality, durrability etc. I don't see why that assessing period should honestly take more than 2-3 months at best. And then to make a decision after seeing what they have another month maybe two and the reason i have given a 4-6 months time frame. If we count that from early september the outside time would be February 6th--end of March is the end of the first calander year quarter that is to me in my honest opinion enough time to make a decision yes or no.

After that well, if it happens to come that will be a fantastic surprise to me. I still strongly believe it can be done by the mid of February but like i said if not than i write it off as no even if others don't. I don't think we can keep looking to that and seeing that being the driving force as to whether this equity should trade below .30 or up to low .30 that to me isn't a fair thing for us to do to ourselves at least i won't do it to myself.

I see this company for everything it has to offer all the tangibles and intangibles when throwing out  a price as well as the calculations i had posted. But yes, at the end of the day it is about generating monies/revenues and if they fall short from expectations the share value will always take a spill not much you can do about that unless you position yourself both mentally as well as tactically for it.

good luck all.
