RE:RE:RE:RE:ne must remember thatMRS end would be to secure suppliers of raw materials for their product plants...demonstrate ability to produce at X production rate with scalable operations to ramp up as order demand increases without much delay/adjustment. and keep quality control to standards and specs to their certification uncompromised. work with distribution partner to arrange and secure logistics, transfer of monies involved. distribution agent would look after rest. tariffs...customs both out of the country and into the foreign cusotmer one...logistics into the delivery of the goods to the end destination point...co-ordinate with MRS any adminstrative paper work agency to agency dept to dept etc etc...inventory recieved as per order request verified...etc etc.
The Sept 6th news was actually if fully exercised? the equivalent of $800Million USD over 10yrs...that gets forgotten ...if the 2nd leg is exercised and the first leg met and those
are all minimum amounts. That has to be bared in mind when I say order of magnitude
and massive...? that Sept 6th dist agreement was that big...The largest the TSX venture
exchange has seen of a company this market cap announcing.
So the reward here is potentially humungous from here no forward.
So to is the risk commensurate with that if the PO is pushed to far
out that the market that is now disappointed not announced by
YE 2017...turns to skepticsm then to cynicsm from being bullish
prior.
I don't see that happening for what its worth.
But they better not push that PO out to far and by they I mean
whatever is involved in the process of holding it up cuz even
today in the Update which was well communicated ...the exact
reason(s) its been delayed was not part of the NR dialogue.
It was more of...were disappointed...hold the fort.
So......as a long...you hold the fort.

"the Company had estimated that it would commence manufacturing on the initial purchase order(s) (PO) in the fourth quarter of 2017. All parties to the Agreement continue to work diligently and methodically to address the many administrative and organizational dynamics synonymous with large, long-term government arrangements. We have made many necessary preparations over the past several months and we are ready to begin manufacturing upon receipt of the initial PO which, considering the limited time remaining in Q4 2017, is now expected in 2018"
