Quarterly Reporting Obligations
In order to be considered as having adequate current information publicly available, issuers must
publish Quarterly Updates to their disclosure statements through www.OTCIQ.com, no later than 45
days after the end of each fiscal quarter. 
 
Annual Reporting Obligations
In order to be considered as having adequate current information publicly available, issuers must also
publish Annual Updates to their initial disclosure through www.OTCIQ.com, no later than 90 days after
the end of each fiscal year.

Maybe someone more knowledgable can expand on the above. I'm not sure what penalties companies face for not meeting the above requirements, but they are pretty clearly set out..
