What are the rules to be listed on NASDAQ?
  • Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000.
  • At least 100,000 shares of public float.
  • A minimum of 300+ shareholders.
  • Total assets of $4,000,000.
  • At least two market makers.
  • $3 minimum bid price of the company stock.
  • Public float market value of $1,000,000.

Forget about otc go straight to nasdaq .. with over 400 millions in contracts these will be eaten like hot cakes in US market ..  Easy 5 bucks in Nasdaq !!  Management should consider this route!!

You see this is where some people lose their grip on reality. The company has 200,000,000 shares out +/- 10 million. The share price would need to be $3.00 min...so you really need a share price of $6.00 (6 old for 1 new share) after the consolidation. That would give you a share price in the 4.50 range once the dust settled. Then your next hurtle is all the shares the company would have to issue ...more

Been GPV.V from 30 cents when it announce Nasdaq listing the stock run to pass 3 bucks consolidation !!  Mrs is ripe here , with big US contract and more flowing in its pipes !!This is why management need to do this bc asdaq listing !!
