WOULD YOU LIKE DOOR # 1 OR DOOR #2????
BEHIND DOOR NUMBER 1:
-We are enterring prime time for contract money coming our way. March - December is typically when most of the contract money gets sent out. It is this way because the budget gets approved and then the allocations are approved. This then juices things for March-onward.
Remember, that monster contract last year was "estimated"? Now, one would think that the estimate would not go beyond the US election since you could not predict who would get in office. So does that mean that we could move up towards the max? I guess we shall see.
So behind door number 1 you have a tsunami of news coming our way in the form of contract $$$,$$$,$$$.
BEHIND DOOR NUMBER 2:
-Someone takes us out before we get a chance to reap the harvest of the contracts $$$,$$$,$$$. This would likely be the company that was playing games with us and gave us a farce of a distribution deal back in Sep 2017. My bet remains on ADS since they are the biggest fish in the sea and likely aren't too happy about a small fish (MRS) eating their market share. Yes, we have been kicked-out of the mother of all contracts, but remember, we are active in many other contracts and that's where the highest margins are. Our IP is what everyone wants....Thus the farce distribution deal.
I have been long here since 2017. I hope we get door number 1. This is the option that will deliver the best return.

Simple really. Get trading on all the exchanges first and then announce merger with ADS who has wanted to publicly trade for years Share price serges to $50 or higher

If ADS is as big as you say, why have they not just entered the market themselves? If they want it so bad, and can afford the costs, why depend on a merger to get it? Serious question.

The quickest and easiest way to go public is to merg with a already listed company. Going public the other way is time consuming and costly. With a merg with MRS they can go public and also have the benefits of aquiring the financials of MRS. If I am not wrong ADS tried to aggressively aquire MRS in past by doing everything to drive the price down but failed..
