The mistake that I find you are making is that you are giving the person way too much attention and print. This is not useful as it wastes our time.
Put the person on ignore and stop worrying whether a new investor will be affected by the trash put forth.
If so, then they are probably not doing enough dd.
It is tedious to have to read all manner of rubbish when I specifically come to this board to read input on the company, and not loads of posts about someone who clearly has a vendetta.
This is after all a board about the company and its development, and not the "Halcrow Hour". Let's give the person less print, shall we?
