Insider believe in moderation

Insider believe in moderationI checked Sedar for insider activity . If you just consider the directors and executives of the company there was about 200,000 shares bought from Jan 1 to Dec 20th this year . Which isn't that much . I didn't consider Couer Mining, which would have driven  insider selling action neagative  . They may have had to raise capital for whatever reason . I also didn't include exercisng options and reselling shares as for the most part insiders treat that as income . Just shares bought and sold on the market with their own money .
