RE:RE:RE:RE:News: Mountain Boy Minerals arranges 1:5 share rollbackI believe you referring to the news of an imminent share consolidation
as it was recently announced.
I have been investing in micro cap companies for many years
and have my own experience what often happens after a roll back.
As the company’s largest shareholder I have supported the decision
considering all the facts, such as current market conditions, liquidity and
the ability to attract capital and new shareholders.
Having a long term outlook on my investment I have been most interested in the
underlying assets and the company’s strategy and ability to go forward in developing
these assets. The company has almost 4 Million dollars worth of securities
from the recent sale of our interest in the Silvercoin on the books. It has
a significant interest in another developing gold deposit. I would like the company
to focus on our significant land position in a world class mining jurisdiction.
To bring the “BA” ,”Surprise Creek” ,’”MB Siver” properties to the next stage will
add significant value ,a new discovery building on existing resources would
take us to a new level.
If you call the current shareholders “bag holders” ,I presume that you are
safe and not invested. Every financial statement of junior resource companies
mentions the possibility of a total loss in the investment. I have learned to
assess risk vs opportunity in my decision to invest in these companies.
