lots of insider buying last week

The Bernard  family bought 350,000 shares of MTB between April 15 and April 19. Still averaging down after most of their 20 million shares were bought over 10 cents.

 The latest press release says they are financing at 4 cents a share. MTB's share price reflects weak management.  Instead of lying to MTB shareholders it's time to see some results or some resignations.  Voting proxy's should be in the mail shortly. Make your votes count.
