Mammoth has announced the PP and it's WITHOUT WARRANTS !!! This is unheard og in Junior mining companies and it speaks volumes as the CEO must be extremely sure and confident about his ability to raise money.

We can therefore expect the PP to close within days and from then on the shareprice will go up. I expect investors will not be able to buy Mammoth shares below .13 anymore after the closing of the financing....
